I've tried programming channels to my Pronto....no luck. Anyone have a quick fix as to how I can import channel bitmaps and program a channel number to that bitmap?

I tried that, but don't exactly know what I'm looking for. This remote was set up by another user and I'm now trying to make it work without the literature. Any specific direction to an article would be greatly appreciated.

Best!
