Today I tried making some small modifications to my RC5000, using Touch Screen Setup. First, I uploaded the current configuration and saved it. Then I made some modifications (I changed some channels in the subfiles for accessing cable channels directly, and relabeled the buttons). However, now I can't download the new configuration back into the RC5000. I get an error message saying "error downloading configuration" after I tell the program to overwrite the existing configuration.
How would I figure out what this error is, and how would I fix it?

Firstly, try activating the remote as you start loading back to the remote.
Secondly, you may find mor help in the correct forum! Go to the Philips Pronto Classic Forum.
