Yesterday I was using the Pronto NG and the touchscreen stopped responding. I tried resetting it and re-downloading the latest firmware, version 3.9.12. I even used the firmware updater to restore the device to its factory settings. The remote restored fine and I re-downloaded my configuration, but then I could not get past the calibration screen, even using a stylus to touch the crosshairs. I got the "Calibration Failed" nessage every time. Any suggestions?
