Hello;

The original remote control does not allow to select A and B speakers (only at the receiver).

Does anyone know te discrete code for Pioneer VSX 509 for it?!

Thx!!!

Discretes may not exist. Try some of the CCFs in the Pronto Files section to see if the code might be there.

Go here, which is the Pioneer web site with their complete codes sets in .ccf or .pcf files.

[Link: pioneerelectronics.com]

I did not see your particular model # receiver, but manufacturers do try and re-use codes from one model to another. Try a model as close as possible to your model number.

Download the files and copy the codes over to your codes page and see if they work.

I have an old Pioneer VSX-708RDS. Tried a couple of the files but no luck. I guess it doesn't support A/B switching remotely. Anyway, I noticed that the Pioneer ccf-files only have one button/code for speaker selection. I guess it is some kind of toggle. How does it work; A, B, A+B, All Off??
