This has been an on going issue with somfy codes and the RFX6000-6500. They were supposed to correct this last year but it was never done.
I for one spent hours trying to get this to work. If you search this site you will find many threads on this.
We ended up using a xantech peice to throw the relay and ditched the somfy peice.

we using xantech #680-10 which has 6 IR controllable AC outlets which we program to RC-68 codes. When each RC68 codes turns on or off an AC outlet, a 110v Altronix relay is thrown which is connected in parralell with the somfy switch. In order to raise and lower 2 shades ( 1 was sun screen - the other was full sun block) we needed to us 4 of the AC outlets with 4 relays. 2 for up & 2 for down. i.e. shade up = 1, block up = 2, shade down = 3, blck down =4.

We used the CC12 Remote relay module.
You will need the RC68 codes to operate (available on this site)

Here is what worked for me on both a Somfy and Draper issue. I found that there is a seperate hex on the press, and release of each up and down button. I put a small delay between the two and it has worked every time.

We had the Somfy piece with a TSU6000 and an IR receiver for a couple of years working fine In one of our theaters. It was when we changed to a 7000 and a RFX6000 that the troubles came...
As mentioned in the first post.
