Does anyone know if it would be possible to change the TSU-3000's touchscreen by an old HP Jornada 525 color one. I think it might work fine. Anyone?

Search for +Replace +3000 +Screen and see if the part #s match up. There' also a supplier listed in one of the threads for the 3000 screen. If the part #s don't match up, I think you will be out of luck.
