hi , im new and i aready have a problem. i have the pronto tsu 7500. and i instaled the software on my computer. my son went in, plugged in the pronto and down loaded from the pro ng software screen but now all my remote says is devices and a blank screen. any help would be apreciated. thanks

In the Samples folder located in the folder where you installed the software, there should be a 'Default' PCF file. Simply download that one to the remote.
