I just finised programing my TSU3000, and it freezes up on me at random times. I unplug the battery and it solves the problem short term. There does not seem to be a certin key that causes the problem. I have reinstalled the firmware and the program a couple of times, but it is just a short term fix. Has anyone had this problem, and hopfully a fix? Thanks

Have you installed the latest firmware available, or just the same firmware that came with your remote? Newer firmwares have taken care of a lot of problems like that.

I think so. If using the pronto updater gives me the latest firmware.

What do you mean by pronto updater? I am pretty sure you have to download the firmware manually from this site or from www.pronto.philips.com and install it separately from anything else. I am not aware of an automatic update program, although I could be wrong...anyone else know? BTW, what is the version number of your firmware? Mark

The program you download is called the Updater.
