Hi,
Just got my RU950 the other day and tonight I started to configure it. However, none of the hard buttons seems to be working? Do I need to activate them somewhere? I can't seem to wake the remote and even though I tied in IR codes to the hard buttons on the right they do not send IR when pressed. I have the latest release of the firmware installed. What could be wrong? I would hate have to send it back already........

Have you checked that all of your devices are set to IR (and not RF)?
