while i was updating the f/w on my 3000, my PC decided to lock up. yes i was doing something i should not have and i knew it could lock up.
i rebooted the pc and the remote did not do anything. The sceen did not even light up. So i plugged the USB cable again and decided to run the update program again. it found the device and was able to flash again.
the remote is all good now again.
