The manual here has discrete codes for HDMI3, and more:

Good to see that LG finally puts the discrete codes in the manuals.

Where did you find those long codes? Looking in the back of the user manual they only list the short codes...ie. "C4" Discreet Power on.

Anyone know how to convert these?

If you know the protocol and the Device Code, you can generate a set of functions using MakeHex and NEC1.irp source file by editing the Device and supplying a decimal number. For example C2 (Hexadecimal) = 194 (decimal). You will want functions 0 to 255.

To get a better understanding of this IR protocol and how you might go about using MakeHex to generate a full set of codes for you, you can review the document in the Classic Pronto Files Section under User Documentation. The doc you want is entitles "Pronto Hex IR Format" by Mr. Barry Gordon.
