Has anyone seen a set of codes for above? For some reason my TSU3000 will not learn the codes (error 0102 each time I try) from the RCN supplied remote for this cable box. I notice that Darrel Shotzes has posted a complete system file, but that doesn't have all the codes, and I notice that Serdar Uckun has posted all the codes in ProntoProNG format, but need it for ProntoNG.

Also, any help on why TSU3000 will not learn the RCN supplied remote signals would be great.

Kevin.

Is the cable box remote possibly an RF remote or in an RF mode? I would think not because there are some donated configs.

If you have the latest software, you can open a 3000 config in PPENG. It will alert you that it will be opened as a 7000 config, etc. But you can certainly get the codes at least.

I do not think so, as it did learn some of the arrow keys but that's it. It must be an IR remote.

I need ALL the codes in a file I can open in Pronto format, NOT ProntoPro format. Alternatively, some help in how I get the codes from ProntoPro format (Serdar Uckun's post) open in ProntoEditNG. I have installed both versions of editor, but cannot seem to extract the codes from the Pro editor and move them to the TSU3000 editor.

Thanks,

You can convert a 7000 file for use in a 3000, see this post.

Look for a response by LowPro.

Alternately, I have a 3000 page with codes ready to be linked. Email me if interested.

Never mind, I just sent it to you anyway. Hope it helps you out.

What codes from the 6412 are you missing? The remote for this cablebox is IR not RF.

Thanks to Matt I now have every code working for my Chicago RCN 6412 other than:

PPV (the standard code does nothing with the RCN system, but the RCN supplied remote does have a PPV button - I just can't get the TSU3000 to learn it - error 0102)

VOD same as above

30s Skip seems to want to delete the recorded program you are watching, so maybe not programmed in RCN system (there is no such button on RCN remote)
