Hi,
I had loaded the new firmware into the pronto NG, but still I have a blank screen on the pronto.
Can some help me with this problem?

Following firmware download, did you calibrate the remote screen and such?
Also, after downloading the firmware, did you open ProntoEdit NG (PENG) and download a config file into the remote? You'll need to install the software, open up a configuration file (Philips provides the default config as part of the installation package), and download to the remote.
