I have had the Pronto 7000 on the docking station and have been working on the configuration. Today, I decided to connect (via the provided USB cable) the remote to my PC. When I connected the Pronto the cable it 'died'. It doesn't turn on, it can't connect (error message is "Communication with the device failed. Please retry (0030)".)

I am stumped - I have a TSU6000, and I had hoped I could "reset" the configuration, but I don't even see a reset.

Any ideas? Thanks

On the 7000, the reset button is underneath the bottom lid. I have this happen quite often also though I do not use the docking station when connecting to the PC. Resetting seems to work most of the time to get you back to where you can continue learning codes or whatever, but sometimes you just have to sit there and wait a couple minutes and it will "reconnect" I guess.
