If you look on Philips Pronto website, you will find that the company is now offering online training. While this is certainly laudable, it is impossible for the great majority of users to benefit. This message is really a request to Philips to do something about this situation.

The classes are limited to 30 or so people, and the times are lousy for those who have to work for a living. Every time I've tried to sign up, I get "This class is full." There is provision on the website for accessing archived training sessions, but this link leads to nowhere. The website is ready, but apparently Philips isn't.

I respectfully request Philips to remedy this situation. Training - at convenient times - should be available to anyone who owns a Pronto. At the very least, make the archive link mean something.

Phillips might want to take a look at RTI's website, an online training video availible at any time. I have it on my laptop, that fisrt time I programmed a RTI I just pulled up the video and did a quick review on site.
When good enough is not good enough.

Yes, I would agree with that. UEI has streaming classes available all of the time, regardless of time zone. I see this as the standard in online and realtime training solutions.
