I have been trying to resolve the disappearing bitmap issue that is common on the TSU3000 (
[Link: remotecentral.com]). I have been working with George x42083, Amber x42386, Charleen, Marcelino, and Luke x43252 (supervisor). None have any solutions and will not refund my money. My pronto is useless until a new PENG release. It has been will over two months that they have been working my problem. Luke is the worst supervisor and won't even forward my problem to customer service for consideration for refund.
I quit. I am a three generation proto user and am calling it quits. I will destroy the remote today and start the search for a new product. Any suggestions??
