Software 2.0.12 and firmware 3.7.7. The TSU7000 converted my TSU2000 CCF file. I then edited it with colors, button styles etc. When I tried to "LEARN" some IR codes from another remote, that selection under the tools area was grayed out and unavailable along with all the other buttons, except for the settings and timer button. I downloaded the CCF default file that came with the remote and all the buttons under settings were available.

What did I do wrong in my edited file?

Probably write protected (PPENG: System -> System Properties -> General).

Thanks Daniel.
I realized this was the problem about 10 minutes after I posted. To fast on the draw I guess!

One thing I have noticed about the 7000 however, is that the response time after touching a soft button has a much longer lag than my TSU 2000 does. I know your next question and the buttons don't mave any delays assigned. Also the 7000 is much more sensitive to soft key touches than my 7000 is. Ireally have to make sure I am touching just the button with my finger nail, not the tip of my finger. Is this the nature of the 7000 or do I have a problem? This is even more noticible on a small size soft button.

Thanks, Don
