Can anybody tell me what brands & models of thermostats definitely work with TSU3000 IR codes (no RF). Thanks guys.

I would consult smarthome.com. They have a huge selection of remote-controllable thermostats.

I know that there are thermostats that can be controlled via X-10. You can buy an ir543 IR-X10 device for around $20 that can be controlled by a Pronto. Maybe not the most elegant solution, but should work.
