I found the answer, at least in my case, to why the TSU3000's stop communicating with XP... There seems to be a problem with the Microsoft driver that loads when you first plug the USB cable into the unit. In may case I transferred the USB cable to another USB port, one not shared with any other devices and the problem has gone away. I am still experiencing some learning code problems, but I can now download and upload to my hearts content. See if this works for you...
Still think the support, or lack of it, stinks for this product.
