Change the extension on your PCF to .ZIP. Open your file using winzip and in the root of this file, extract ConfigEdit.xml. Open this file using Notepad, search for ACTIVITYSTATUS or something like that.
Save the file and replace ConfigEdit.XML in the zip, right-click on the zip and select Open With... PPENG.
