Don't return it! Once you get it all connected
and start working on designing your configuration,
you'll be hooked like the rest of us.
I am not plugged into a USB hub. I tried every USB port on my computer. Still got nothing.
I really would love to keep this remote but i'm getting frustrated. I called Philips support, waited on hold for 45 minutes. All I got was them flipping through thier book, reciting the owners manual. Grrrrrr.
Please help!!!!
