Chances are you are not going to get it. Dave Houston has blamed myself and others as the reason for removing it from his website:

http://www.mbx-usa.com/

Only because through our exuberance we wanted to share the Codes that the program generated with others. I understand the hard work it takes to create such a program, but what I do not understand is why all the control over the codes especially when the program is offered as free-ware.

I mean it was free-ware for the longest of times, but no professionals were allowed to use it, although some were. It is shame he just did not charge for it. All of us would have eagerly bought it, even though it had glitches and he could not support it.

Dave and I, have had heated words on this topic. I almost broke the rules of his license agreement. Only because I never read it.

I have seen your request before in these forums; so, what you are asking here is for someone to break the CodeGEN license agreement and send you a copy. Both of you could get into very serious trouble, it is a Federal Crime for someone to give you a copy of his program.

CodeGEN was an easy way to get the IR and RF codes needed for some (10%) of all the audio visual devices on the market. There is a very good chance that what you are looking for will not be able to be generated by CodeGEN.

My advice to you is to post your request for the devices and codes you are looking for.

And, Dave if you are still with us, and are reading this. A lot happend very, very fast when I posted the picture of my IR543Ah Pronto device page. I only wish time could have moved slower. You really jumped the gun and accused me of doing something wrong and threatenned me with lawsuits and jail time. I really had no other way but to respond in the manner that I did. Written words can be deleted, but once they have been read, they cannot be taken back. All I can do is apologize for my end of what was said and written. I am also very sorry to you that I did not read you licence agreement and almost violated it. I am sure this forum misses you and wishes first for you better health and second a return to your postings.

Sincerely,
augusty

augusty,
For the past month or so, I have regretted many times my jumping into a conversation between you and Dave Houston a while back regarding the CodeGen license. I got into something that was...at best...a clear lack of understanding on my part. Your quote listed here "clearly" explains your motives and intensions. I'm embarrased at my own words. Hope to post with you in the future.
