I am having a similar problem. I am using a TSU 7000 and trying to communicate with a Niles Intellicontrol MSU. The Intellicontrol functions perfectly using the Niles remote and RF signals, but the 7000 gets no response from the Intellicontrol. I have, of course, used the Intellicontrol ccf downloaded from this website. I have followed the sound advice of a forum expert in setting the DIP switches on the Intellicontrol to the default up position. I have tested the reception in this position, and it works with the Intellicontrol remote. I have set the devices on the 7000 to the channel 0, ID 0, position using the Prontoedit software. I have done the appropriate downloads into each unit. I have updated the firmware. Still, I cannot even get the negative red light on Intellicontrol RF tester to blink. Yet, one device that I have programmed using the standard codeset for it (a Mitsubishi television) works fine using IR codes. I suspect that the other devices would function also with IR, though I have not tried eliminating the Intellicontrol command in order to test them. Could it be that I have a defective 7000? Could it be that it is not sending out RF at all? Is there any way to test this short of buying an extender? This is the second 7000 unit that I have from Philips. The first one was DOA. I appreciate any help that anyone can give.
Thanks
