When learning IR codes the Pronto siezes up and i have to unplug the battery to get it going again any ideas,i have downloaded the latest softwere?
It's an ru980 as iam in australia.
How did i do that again!

Are you learning through PPENG or directly on the remote. If PPENG, try learning directly. Also, rebooting your computer helps if it needs to be reset.

Yes, but directly (without using PPENG) or are you doing it from within PPENG?
