I have been on this for hours now. Pioneer model PRO118... all input codes on site work as does power on off.

There is no AV receiver. TV volume codes will not work when learned from the factory remote. Factory remote works well. Brand new batts.

I pirated some volume codes from a PDP5040HD Plasma and Volume up only goes one click up at a time while volume down is not recognized. These are the ones from the plasma if they are of any relevance.

Any of you gurus know why this code will not come out of a TSU7000 properly but will from the factory remote?

I used a bunch of .ccf files and kept trying the myriad of different codes in the files. It literally took three different .ccf files to find a working Volume Up, Volume Down and Mute command.

In retrospect I guess the advice would be "keep trying some of the hundreds of codes here and eventually one might work".
