I don't think that anybody has ever found discrete on/off codes for this HDTV tuner. Maybe one of you will surprise me! If you have them, please reply back to this thread so that I can contact you.

I used to own the 1080 and got a full factory refund for it. The Sat HD300 is a considerable improvement.
For discrete codes for the 1080 try the HD300 codes.

I tried codes for the HD300, the SAT520, and the LSS 3200A, all of which are similar to the DTV1080. None of them have worked.
What did you dislike about the 1080?
