This may be a very simplistic problem however, I am unable to solve it. I have successfully customized all of my lower TSU3000 hard buttons (i.e. OK, Home, Up, etc.) except the "TOGGLE" button. I have read all available information from this site to no avail. In the FAQ it states: "Using the latest firmware and software, everything except for the Page Up/Down and Backlight buttons can be customized". I have linked codes to this button and it continues to operate as the pre-programmed toggle. What am I doing wrong?

Yesterday was my first day programming my new Pronto NG. You have to go into the setup on the remote and turn Cursor Navigation to Off. Then the Toggle button is freely programmable. Hope that helps.

Thanks for that tip. I obviously missed that important note in the information. I will try it this evening!
