I want to add the battery and time icons back into my remote but I'm afraid they'll cause a button delay like the activity icon. True or false?

False!!! What causes the delay is the activity icon switching between 3 images. See this post. [Link: remotecentral.com]FYI, some folks have noted that if the Battery Icon is removed, IR is not sent properly.

Been working fine for weeks. Just got the rechargable battery so now I want to watch it closer.
