Hi PRONTO FIGHTERS! I do not deal with Prontos almost one year , we switched to MX remotes , because of service issues - but I have to take care of services and we sold a lot of these head ache remotes. I have one and I belive simple question for you - one of customers Pronto 3000 -ON and OFF macro buttons works on 100% only , if I push and hold button about 2 sec. , short push sometimes does not send complete macro. This remote works with RF base , but there is no problem.Do you have any idea , what I can do wrong.Thank you for help - Rob

First, get the latest firmware in the device and re-download the pcf with the latest version of PENG. If these are single-action soft buttons, the fix is to add a 0.1 second delay before the IR code to make it a macro. This forces it to lengthen the IR duration window. Then it should work with a short press.

I remember some really early versions of the firmware having problems executing macros, but not recently.
