After programming my first 7000 for a customer I returned a few days later and the remote had a off yellow blank screen an dwas inoperable. I reset the remote and tried reinstalling the program and installing the latest fiemware update and every thing seemed to be working ok. Now about two weeks later the customer has reported the same problem. Is this a common problem or is there a solution?

The second latest firmware update is supposed to have fixed a problem where the 7000 freezes and needs to be reset. Even then, it didn't happen too often. The symptom is either a black screen or the screen stays on. Haven't seen an off-yellow screen before.
