As far as the settings page goes you can easilly cover the icon over. To get it back all you have to do is the background panel to the following dimensions:

Poisition: 0 , 50

Size: W=240 H=255

This will create the biggest panel possible but leave the top and bottom factory icons visible.

Some bitmaps you can make transparent but you may also want to use the same dimensions as listed above.
Please note that the above dimensions can be smaller if you wish.

For the device buttons try to reinsert them from the
Insert -> System Item pull down menu.

The setting menu is accessible via the Pronto Icon on the top of most configs. If you remove it, then you cannot get to the settings menu very easily. If it was removed accidently, try putting it back. If it is covered by a panel, move the panel to get to the icon and right click on the icon and pull down to Move to Front. By the way, this should be done on your system page, if you wish to have the icon available on every page. If not, then you have to add it to whatever Device or pages you want it to be accesible.

When it is back in sight, hold it 3-4 seconds and you can get to the Pronto Internal Settings menu.

Same thing with the scroll bars (I assume you mean right and left arrow at the very top of the screen?) If this is what you mean, same as above. Go to your system page and right click on the arrows, go to properties and at the very bottom of the screen, look at the "Special Actions" area to see if the arrows are assigned. if not, you can set them to go to next or browse forward and back. Again, if this is done on the system page then it will be visible and work on every page in your config. If this is not the desired action, then you can do it on a per Device basis.

Also keep in mind the up/down button on the left side of the Pronto will do about the same as the left and right arrows.
