I have had this problem multiple times programming several different Pronto 7000: When I program in a Harmon Kardon AVR and/or a Harmon Kardon DVD Player the codes will either dissappear completely or revert back to the philips default codes. The really strange thing is that it not only happens on the Pronto but if I go into my laptop and look at the program it is changed there as well. Has anyone seen this?

This has been reported a few times. Seems to happen if PCF is corrupt or if certain items have been removed from system page.

Usually fixed by creating a new PCF, then merging your old PCF into it. That way you get a fresh copy of the system page.
