Hello, I am new to these threads so bear with me please.
I have owned my RU-950 for nearly 2 years a I have never used it. I had a RU-940 which was simple and easy to customise, however the 950 is driving me mad.
I tried before but couldn't install any software which I thought was due to me using Windows 98. Now I am using XP and I still can't install any software. The CD supplied is faulty so I need a download.
I tried downloading ProntoEdit NG V2.0.9 direct from the Philips website but just as it is about to finish installing it gives me this message: Error:- 1603 Fatal error during installation.
Why is it so hard? Can anyone help?
I want to be able to draw my own buttons and use them on my Pronto - that was the reason I bought it.
