As anyone had any luck getting their 3000 to learn the IR commands from a Pioneer Elite DVD 47ai player? The Pronto is very finicky when trying to learn the codes. Eventually it seems to get them, but then they dont work when I try to use them. I dont have problems learning any other device IR commands. Does anyone have a complete set of discrete commands or already learned commands for this DVD player? I didnt see any in the files section...

Thanks...

Steve

Steve,

If you look in my color system config file, I have codes for a DV47a, I think the remote codes might be the same as the 4ai, it's worth a try. I also had difficulties getting my TSU7000 to learn the Pioneer Elite codes but eventually succeeded.

Thanks! I did manage to seemingly get mine to learn. However, it takes a long press on the pronto to get them to actually work with the unit. Must be something with the pioneer IR format??
