If checked the files section to no avail . . . wondering if anyone out there has the principal discretes for the Panny TH50PX25UP plasma? Key items for me are the TV/Video toggle, on/off toggle, and aspect toggle (just, stretch, 4:3, etc). Anything else I can learn off the remote into the TSU3000.
Thanks in advance -- and Happy New Year to all the super folks who take their time to share and make this such a quality site for learners as well as experts.

Jeff,
Try pany model #'s which are close to your model. Most IR codes span many models, so you may get lucky. I have seen a few TH50Pxxx configs in both Files areas. (Don't forget the original Pronto Files area as well).
They may not contain discretes, as they just may not be available.
The other route for lack of discrete codes is to create an Activity-based config, which asks the user "what they want to do" and "what is on now". This will trap the exact requirements and in most cases the toggle code will work ok in this scenerio.
Happy New Year!

If you look at post 47 here: [Link: remotecentral.com]It has the Pronto hex for most of the commands that have been reported to work on some models. Post 2 here has a few more and a number of the same: [Link: remotecentral.com]The PC command has been reported to work in many Plasma's where no other discrete input commands work. You can then do a macro for PC|Video Toggle for Video 1 etc.

Thanks all.
Yes, I'd tried some of the similar panny 50 type ccf/pcf uploaded -- but they didn't seem to do the trick -- of the ones I'd tried, most of those folks had settled for just learning the toggle button for those three toggle items I mentioned.
Jarmstrong's references actually helped quite a bit. Got discretes for two of the four aspect options, off, and the three TV/video toggle options I'm using (TV, Cable and DVD).
As Dave said, some of them may not exist and from all the googling and searching RC, it seems that there is no known discrete for on or two of the aspects. The activity-based solution might be how I go in the end.
