Any Help! I have the TSU3000, I used adobe freehand to design my own buttons. For the most part all of them work. Sometimes when I export them to use on the pronto they appear to have unwanted lines on the bitmap, for example: the digit 7 appears in freehand perfect, after exporting the bitmap image pronto displays it as a ( 7| ) is there another program I should use to create buttons. My objective is to copy my existing remotes so the buttons are easily found without the use of my glasses.

One thought - have you checked the transparency settings on the bitmap images in pronto edit? Sometimes if you accidently have it set to use transparency when you don't actually need it the result can be unwanted lines.
