I have read most of the older posts on Shift+ Control and dragging actions. It sounds like you cannot do this. IE: Copy actions between 2 open pcf files. I have tried to use Shift + Contol and drag a learned ir code action from a button from one open psf page to a button on another open pcf button. Can this be done?

I think it is only supported between pages of the same pcf. You can copy codes to the clipboard (ctrl + c) from one pcf and then paste them (ctrl + v) to another pcf. Time consuming but it works.

Another alternative is to merge the two pcfs and then drag and drop that way. You will have to experiment because depending on the situation links may be broken when dragging and dropping. So save different versions and test as you go.
