I have 3 pronto’s. My newest one is the TSU7000 that I got yesterday it’s hanging up. I can’t download or upload. It comes up download failed or upload failed. I tried to download my cf file from my TSU6000 remote. That’s when the trouble started. This is the message on the remote The CF Version is not correct or the memory is corrupt. On the top right side it says devices and in the little remote it has a ! Point. I have tried taking out the battery resetting it etc nothing. It’s hung up no buttons work nothing. Can any one help me?

THANKS

Try reflashing the firmware. If it fails also, try again. Sometimes it takes several attempts.

The message means that the firmware version on your 7000 does not match the version of PPENG you are using. You need to update the firmware (as Jon suggests).
