I'm updating my config, and want to include a toggle power (toggles between on and off) button for Zone 2 and Zone 3 of a Denon AVR-3805, but the imbedded code list only has separate power on and power off codes, as does the remote. I've emailed Denon, but in the interim while I'm waiting to see if they will even respond, does anyone have this?? Thanks in advance.

I have a Denon AVR-3803 and just programmed a seperate on & off for Zone 1 and Zone 2 and I put that in a page with all my remotes. And underneath the Tuner page I made a Zone 1 with all the inputs, on & off and a Zone 2 page all the inputs, on & off also.

Did you have separate on and off buttons, or one power button that toggles between on and off. If you are using one Power button, where did you get the code. The Denon codesets in the ProntoEdit program are separate on and off buttons, none with a combined power button.

Older Denons used a power toggle. I have a power toggle for zone 1 but don't know of any for the other zones, they may exist I just don't have them.

Denon replied with the list of on and off codes, and none of the components have toggle power on the list any longer. Too bad.

Yes I have seperate on and off buttons. On & Off for Zone1 and then another On & Off for Zone 2. I got the IR Code from my Denon 3803 remote.

We are never happy . If I have toggle ON/OFF button , I always need separate ON and OFF (Toshiba tvs) , and I needed once toggle ON/OFF for Denon 3803 Z2 and I did not find them either. I wish you good luck...

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but here is a link for all the discreet codes for the 3805 [Link: usa.denon.com]
These codes will need to be converted to the Pronto format. Paul Friedlander has developed a utility that will do this. It is located in the Pronto NG files area and is called "IR Code Generator". I am getting ready to try this with my 3803 so I hope it works!

There's a CCF package for generic Denon Receivers in the Pronto Files forum that should have the codes. There's also one there for the 5803. Either of these should work. They also come with an extremely detailed Excel spreadsheet containing info about the codes.
