I don't know that I'll have that much of a need for this as I have a whole house automation system, but noticed that folks have been discussing timers on the 3000, and that you access it under the tools menu. No Timer option appears for me. I only get the following choices:
Learn, Label, Add, Delete, Move, Brand, RF IR and Macro.
Am I missing something here???

update the firmware on the remote. It was a feature that was added latter
