Panasonic Cable Box arrow codes - repeating

I'm having problems trying to figure out how to make my directional keypad buttons repeat the code as long as I hold down the button.

Basically, When surfing the cable guide, I have to keep hitting the keypad to scroll through the channels.

The cable box is a panasonic bd-v3000 from time-warner cable.
Here are my codes.(learned from remote)

Thanks for the quick answer, but those aren't working. Now it just moves 2 lines and stops. Basically I get a double signal, even on a quick press of the button.
