Many times when i place bitmaps on my pronto (copied from someone else's layout), the bitmap, such as a button, will appear dimmed like it has a translucent setting. But it doesn't...if i click it the pressed state will work, but then go back to the messed up released state. Anyone know the problem? It's happened quite a lot.

The button has to have an action on it. Whether it be an IR code, delay, link, etc. Otherwise it appears grayed out. Try just putting a delay on one and you will se how it changes.
