I am using David Shaws dark midnight pcf, i think its the best looking one, but there are a few labels and images i want to change.

For instance he has a dish network icon, in his buttons, I have a bell express vu system I want to put that icon (express vu) in the button instead but i cant! I have tried many ways.

Also labeling buttons, for instance he has a button labeled network, the word network is going around the button, I went into label and deleted the letters network, but it wont delete, its like the letters are part of the entire bmp, If anyone can help me edit this pcf please let me in on the secret.

I have been struggling with this same issue. I believe the answer is in Paint shop pro. The text that David Shaw applied is in a vector layer I believe. I think the key is to bring the button into PSP and unmerge the layers for editing. Again, I'm new at PSP and creating buttons and am guessing, but maybe this will lead you in a certain direction.

The text is actually part of the bitmap. The curved text was added using Corel Draw, once the button is exported out of Corel as a bitmap you loose access to the individual layers. So without access to the original button in the Corel cdr. format you cannot easily change the text on the button.
Jack of all trades..

I have worked around most issues I would really like to know how I can bold the font, it seems some of your fonts, and buttons are a nice deep black. It gives it a much better effect, can I at least bold font somehow?

The effects you are seeing again come from using a separate graphics editing program to create text as part of the button image.
