It worked 3 days ago. Now I can't download to my remote. I have rebooted my computer. Removed the battery from the remote. Pressed the reset button. Program says "The Remote control is not connected to your computer" Any ideas??

Is this a 3000 or a 7000?
Are the batteries fully charged?

It is a TSU 3000 and the batteries are fully charged.

Press the reset button under the battery cover, works for me every time.

If the reset button does not work, reflash the firmware.

That is where it all started. I tryed to reflash the firmware and it said "remote not connected to computer". Last night I ended up deleting my USB drivers and rebooted Windows. Windows reloaded all the drivers and guess what? It worked!! Thanks for your input. Problem solved.
