Using Pronto Edit NG ver 2.0.9.0 I occassionally get a runtime error. This error says "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." ProntoEdit NG exits and I can not restart it without rebooting my computer. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what causes this?

Yes, it's called a software access violation. If it happens again, click 'Show Details' and capture all the information given.

To facilitate Philips trying to recreate your problem, you should email this info, along with the PCF you are editing to [email protected]

If this is something that you can reproduce with a known set of actions great. If not, you should try and find a way to reproduce. As others have suggested, you should save often and to different file names to prevent any lost work.
