I've been using the latest version of the Firmware and PENG on a PC with Windows 2000 SP4 and IE 6 for a while with no problems until today. I tried to use multi line buttons for the first time and now my fonts have a mind of their own. I have all my buttons using Font 14 and now all the new multi line buttons and some old single line buttons show up as font 8, 10 or 12 both on the simulator and when they are down loaded to my TSU3000 but show fine on PENG screens. Tried reinstalling PENG, Firmware and rebooting but nothing helps. The only font I can now change them to, is font 8, which is way to small for me to read. Also tried switching to font 8 then saving it and then switching back to font 14 and I still have the same problem.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

I am having the exact same problem. It seems that some auto-editing featuring is kicking in and shrinking the fonts to make them fit the button. WHen I make the word smaller the font size will increase. BUt I have other buttons that the software did not auto-resize it.
Unfortunately, I have not found a fix and nobody has responded to your request. Have you had any luck since your post? If so, I'm all ears.
Thanks

I have the same problem. The editor seems to auto-size the font in order to fit the text in the button. Short of using less text, I don't know if there's anything you can do.

Either make whatever you are putting the labels onto wider, or use less text.
