Could someone direct me to a good and easy software for modifying bitmaps to custom design label buttons ect.. (Free maybe?)
I’ve been working on modifying the David Shaw Dark PCF scene and have gotten it about where i want it. “Thanks David” (this is my first time) with help of breezing through the second chapter of (THE GUIDE) this is great fun never imagined it to be so intensive. But well worth the time. Any help or direction is always appreciated.
