I am computer illiterate. I don't know how to use the files once I download them. When I go to open the file it just gives me the ProntoNG page and nothing opens. Any advice? Thanks

You may have an old verison of ProntoEditNG which does not open files on double clicking.

Simply start ProntoEditNG then from the Open menu select the file you want.
