Hi All, I have recently acquired a Pronto RU950. I am attempting to upload some files to it but i keep getting the error message "The remote control is not connected to your computer, the congiguration file cannot be downloaded"
The remote is definately connected. Does anyone know of a device driver outthere that i can use aside for the windows version?

The Windows version works fine. Have you checked device manager and your bios sttings?

All working now, I had the Pronto attached when i installed the software, This is a no no apparantly! Lesson learned.
