my pronto is stuck, reset wont work, removing batt wont work, when it resets it sticks on calibration screen while beeping, help,!should i return the remote?

I got that sticking on the calibration screen before. Try to use two fingers, one top left and the other bottom right and try to calibrate real quick (left then right).
Believe it or not it worked for me.

When calibrating you need to use something fine like a pen tip. The idea is to effectively touch one pixel only.
